2. Sales Executive – Sales (Job Code: GEPL-SES)

Location – Surat
Required experience – 2 years

  • Handling electrical Product Industries, OEMs, Manufacturers / project sales and team Management
  • Pricing & Contribution Management to ensure the achievement of profit targets.
  • Ensuring better customer satisfaction through prompt and quality service
  • Designing Long term and Short term Strategy to enhance operations. Analyzing business opportunity, potential and executing strategies to drive sales to achieve desired targets
  • To build Business Excellence and innovation culture within the organization through employee productivity and role identifications.
  • Developing new Key Accounts & managing the same.

Required experience – 5+ Years

  • To Develop new vendors, evaluate and develop existing vendors to improve performance.
  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
  • Manage incoming materials and organize distribution of finished products to the point of sale.
  • Plan the requirement of materials
  • Managing Inventory and keep optimum level of stocks
  • Implement inventory controls to monitor and limit the tie up of working capital and continuously lead efforts to reduce wastage, damage of material and detect slow moving / dead stock.
  • Develop new vendors, evaluate and develop existing vendors to improve performance.
  • Exert control over logistic arrangements including warehousing, transport and logistics service providers and material handling.
  • Lead, train and motivate teams to deliver business goals and accomplish targets.

6. Senior Sales coordinator (Job Code: GEPL-SCO)
Location – Vadodara
Required experience – 4 to 7 years

  • Coordinate sales team, suppliers by managing schedules, arranging important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their of products
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements


  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
